What we do

Intermax Group designs and builds software and tools for companies and their teams.

While you focus on the direction of the business, we take care of the product work, whether that is a new platform, an internal tool, an integration, or support for software you already depend on.

All the software and tools you need for the work, in one studio

Product engineering

Custom software shaped around the people who use it, from the first release through the versions that follow.

Tools development

Internal tools, admin consoles, and workflow products your teams can rely on every day.

Integrations

APIs and connections that let the systems you already use share data without extra manual work.

Ongoing care

Fixes, monitoring, and planned improvements after launch, so the software stays fit for the work.

Services

Software development and tools development, scoped to the work you actually need.

Intermax Group LTD is a studio for custom software. We design, build, and look after products and the internal tools around them. You get a written scope, regular demos, and code your team can own.

01

Custom software

Web applications and services built for a specific operation: customer platforms, partner portals, and the systems behind a product you sell.

02

Internal tools

Consoles, admin panels, and workflow tools that replace fragile spreadsheets and long email chains. Built for the people who run the work.

03

Product design

Interfaces, flows, and content structure planned before the build. We prototype the risky parts so a team can react while change is still cheap.

04

APIs and integrations

Connections between your product and the finance, identity, storage, or operations systems around it. Clear contracts, logged failures, and a path to retry.

05

Cloud and release

Environments, deployments, and the basics that keep a release calm: backups, access control, and a way to roll forward or back with intent.

06

Support and improvement

After launch we stay available for defects, small changes, and the next planned slice of work. You always know what is in care and what is a new project.

Tools we build

Practical tools, tied to a real job.

A useful tool has a named user, a job they repeat, and a result they can check. These are the kinds of products we are often asked to design and build.

Operations consoles

One place to see work in progress, exceptions, and who owns the next step.

Admin and back office

Record-keeping screens staff can use without asking a developer for every change.

Client portals

A clear view for customers: requests, documents, status, and what happens next.

Approval workflows

Routes for decisions, with a record of who approved what and when.

Reporting utilities

Views over operational data that people actually open, not a dump of every field.

Integration services

Quiet background jobs that move data between products you already pay for.

Why Intermax

A studio that stays with the software after the demo.

We work remotely with companies that need something specific, and on site when a project calls for it. The point of the engagement is software you can run, change, and explain.

Scope before build

We write down the users, the outcome, and what is out of scope. You can see the size of the work before engineering starts.

Demos you can try

Working software shows up in slices. Feedback lands on something real, not on a slide that will be rebuilt from memory later.

Code you own

Repositories, documentation, and access stay with you. We choose a stack to fit the product and explain that choice in writing.

Care after launch

Support is a defined agreement: response, small fixes, and a separate path when you want the next feature.

Common foundations include TypeScript, modern web frameworks, relational databases, and cloud hosting. We do not lock the product to a stack you cannot staff.

How we work

Five steps, with something to look at after each one.

  1. 1

    Discover

Goals, users, constraints, and the systems a new product has to live beside.

  2. 2

    Define

Scope, interface, and a technical approach you can question before it is expensive.

  3. 3

    Build

Iterative releases. You use them. We adjust from what you see, not from a distant brief.

  4. 4

    Launch

Deployment, access, a handover, and a short guide for the people who will run it.

  5. 5

    Improve

Support for what shipped, and a clean start when the next version is its own project.

Ways to engage

  • Fixed-scope project. A defined outcome, a sequence of releases, and a finish line.
  • Dedicated team. Design and engineering capacity for a product that will keep moving.
  • Tool rebuild. An audit of a spreadsheet, script, or aging internal app, then a replacement plan.
  • Retained care. A monthly agreement for fixes and small improvements on software we know.

FAQ

Questions teams ask before we start.

What kinds of software do you build?

Customer-facing products, internal tools, and the services that connect them. A typical engagement is a web application, an operations console, a client portal, or an integration between systems you already use.

Do you build internal tools as well as customer products?

Yes. Tools development is a core part of the studio. If a team is running the business from spreadsheets, inboxes, or a tool that no longer fits, we can replace that path with software designed around the real workflow.

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation and a short written picture of the problem. If there is a fit, we propose discovery or a first slice of work, with scope, assumptions, and what you will be able to try at the end of it.

Who owns the code and the design?

You do. Source, documentation, and the accounts required to run the product are handed over. We keep access only where a support agreement says we should.

Can you work with software we already have?

Yes. Many projects start beside an existing system: a new tool in front of it, an integration, or a careful replacement of one part. We would rather extend a sound system than rewrite it for the sake of a rewrite.

Where does Intermax Group work?

Intermax Group LTD works with clients remotely, and on site when a project needs people in the room. The contact form opens your email app so you can reach the studio directly.

Career

People who like clear problems and careful software.

There are no open roles posted on this page. If you want to introduce yourself, write with what you do well and the kind of product work you want. We read notes for software engineering, product design, and tools and automation.

Software engineering

Building web products, services, and the unglamorous parts that make a release safe to run.

Product design

Shaping flows, interfaces, and the words on the screen so a tool is obvious to the person using it.

Tools and automation

Turning repeated operational work into software, scripts, and integrations a team can trust.
